1. About Fandom Atlas

Fandom Atlas is an independent educational project offering curriculum, workbooks, digital downloads, webinars, and related materials focused on cultural analysis, fandom studies, identity, and well-being.

Fandom Atlas is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any entertainment company, studio, or rights holder, including The Walt Disney Company or Lucasfilm Ltd. References to media franchises (such as Star Wars) are made solely for purposes of commentary, education, and cultural analysis.

2. Educational Purpose

without prior written permission from Fandom Atlas.

Personal, classroom, or internal educational use is permitted unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

4. Use of Referenced Media

Fandom Atlas references television shows, films, characters, and fictional universes as cultural texts. All trademarks, copyrights, and service marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Such references are used in a transformative manner for commentary, scholarship, and education and do not imply ownership or endorsement.

5. Purchases & Digital Products

All purchases are one-time sales unless otherwise noted.

Due to the digital nature of products:

• All sales are final
• No refunds or exchanges are offered once content has been accessed or downloaded
